Organic Reishi fruit body powder (Ganoderma lucidum) (27.6%), organic Hericium fruit body powder (Hericium erinaceus) (23.4%), glazing agent: hydroxypropyl methylcellulose (vegetable capsule shell); vitamin C-rich organic acerola extract (19.2%), organic Cordyceps extract (Cordyceps sinensis) (9.6%).

Recommended intake

Take 2 capsules twice daily with meals in the morning and at noon with plenty of liquid.
