Agaricus extract 22% (standardized to 30% polysaccharides), Maitake extract 16% (standardized to 30% polysaccharides), Shiitake extract 16% (standardized to 30% polysaccharides), Thyme extract 10%, Nasturtium extract 5%, Taiga Root extract 3%, Vitamin C (calcium L-ascorbate), Vitamin D3 (cholecalciferol), Folic acid (vitamin B9), Zinc gluconate, Selenium yeast; Capsule shell: Hydroxypropyl methylcellulose (vegetable).

Recommended intake

Take 1 capsule with plenty of liquid in the morning and at midday with meals. For children from 6 years of age, half the dosage applies.
