Composition

Vegetable powder blend 33% (nettle 18%, ginger, bay leaf, long and black pepper), fruit and vegetable preserve, seasoned and fermented 30% (dates, iron fumarate, aronia, nettle 4%, pine nuts, ginger, turmeric 3%, salt), capsule (cellulose (HPMC), colorant: iron oxides); fruit powder blend 12% (acerola, aronia, amla), turmeric extract 5%, anti-caking agent: magnesium stearate; copper gluconate.

Recommended Intake

Adults: Take 1 capsule twice daily, 1 hour before or after meals, with plenty of liquid.
Children: Half the dosage from 6 years of age.
