Ingredients:
Preserved fruit and vegetables, seasoned and fermented 60% (dandelion, date 12%, amla/Emblica officinalis, nettle, magnesium gluconate, ginger, turmeric, magnesium citrate, magnesium glycinate, long and black pepper), magnesium gluconate, bulking agent (cellulose), glucose syrup, anti-caking agents (silicon dioxide, magnesium salts of fatty acids), coating agents (HPMC, talc).

Recommended Intake:
Adults: Take 2 tablets twice daily with plenty of liquid.
Children: From 6 years of age, half the dosage.

The recommended daily dose should not be exceeded.
